A Weekend of New Pics

First off, thanks to everyone who donated to the Maria Fereri's Children's Hospital Walk The Walk! Gillian reached her fund-raising goal and I hear the event was a great success. However, it's not too late to contribute if you haven't already. See the post below for donation details.

On Saturday night we held our first party in the new apartment. Such events are often referred to as housewarming parties. It was a scorcher. Good friends (some new), good food (I made burgers from scratch and Darcy made his first salad), and good times (the new 42" LCD and Nintendo Wii were huge hits)!


Our friend Brandy was also in town this past weekend for a dance competition and had enough downtime to grace us with her presence (although she couldn't make it to the party). On Sunday we spent the afternoon on the beach with good beer and a frisbee and watched a gorgeous sunset. Yesterday (Monday), I was fortunate enough to participate in a test drive study for the new BRP Can-Am Spyder, a 3-wheel motorcycle. It's a pretty cool vehicle and another album link is below if you want to see more pics...
